The "BEST CUSTOM LEATHER APPLICATION 2011" awards, created by the artist Sabine Roemer for the project Elephant Parade, has been assigned to the Arch.Giorgio Vafiadis, to the shipyard CBI NAVI – FIPA GROUP and to the owner of AIFOS. To this exclusive event took part the most important persons of the italian and worldwide boating and interior designing.
FOGLIZZO FOLDS COLLECTION
A new experimental collection developed with Pinaki Studios
Foglizzo presents Foglizzo Folds a collection of pleated leather developed exclusively by Pinaki Studios and presented at the Monaco Yacht Show 2011, inspired by diagrammatic design and the skins of imaginary animals.
Pinaki Studios is a London-based creative textile studio, directed by Arantza Vilas, which navigates between and around the worlds of art and design.
ELEPHANT PARADE
The Elephant Parade is an open air art exhibition of decorated elephant statues that seeks to attract public awareness and support for the cause of the elephant preservation and conservation.
Foglizzo customized an idea of Sabine Roemer, creating the Elephant nominated "Madonnina".

The all new collection developed with Pininfarina
Pininfarina has lent for the interior design the concepts of simplicity, elegance, and innovation, customising Foglizzo leathers.
The collection, that includes leather and nubuck, has the unmistakable Pininfarina style: 12 colors that play with the hot/cold tonal contrast. Each color has been selected to represent the Pininfarina feeling and they can be used alone or in combination with the others.
