Matt Buckley – Managing Director North America

With over 20 years of leadership experience in the luxury and leather sectors, Matt has successfully driven strategic growth, expanded high-performing sales organizations, and developed key markets across hospitality, aviation, and design.

He will lead commercial activities and business development across North America, reinforcing our structure and supporting continued growth in the region.

Christy Bricker – Southeastern Sales Representative

Her strong background in interior design and luxury materials, allows her to approach each project with both technical knowledge and a designer’s perspective.

Having partnered closely with designers, architects, and brands nationwide, Christy will focus on strengthening relationships and supporting growth across the Southeast — providing dedicated regional expertise across residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors.

Gene Ogden – Western Sales Representative

Gene brings executive leadership experience and a strong track record of driving revenue growth within the luxury interiors sector. His background in product strategy, merchandising, and brand development has consistently translated into measurable sales performance and territory expansion.

With established relationships across the design community, Gene will focus on accelerating growth throughout California, Oregon, and Washington — strengthening partnerships and increasing market penetration across residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
