Basket Bond Made in Italy

We have successfully completed the issuance of a six-year minibond, underwritten in equal parts by UniCredit and Mediocredito Centrale as part of the Basket Bond Made in Italy program, with the backing of the SME Guarantee Fund.

The proceeds will be used to build a new production facility in Piedmont, equipped with innovative technologies to increase in-house capacity and enhance the sustainability of our processes.

This strategic move strengthens our industrial infrastructure and supports continued growth in high-end international markets.
