The project for thisoriginal art-inspiredrotorcraftbegan with the idea of creatingsomethingunique and different in the vertical lift marketplace. Itsresultis an exceptional design combinationthatcreates a link between the helicopter and yacht. The interioris made with a velvetynubuck and an exclusive aniline leather caracterized by a colorfull twist. Thanks to itsexterior blue-white pattern with integrated lighting, the EC135’s appearancechanges, depending on the observer’sperspective.
“A helicopterdoesn’thave to be just a technical accessory; italso can be a work of art,” explained Rita Weber, interior and exteriorpaintscheme designer,whocame up with the design concept. “My Zig-Zag design respects the external lines of the EC135, butcreates a uniquehelicopter.”
